How to add Your Face to The Faces of Lupus Awareness Project

Becoming a part of "The Faces of Lupus" Project and adding your face to the Project is very easy. To make your face one of the many faces of Lupus, you will need to send an email to: Faces_of_Lupus@hotmail.com​

​Please include the subject line "Faces of Lupus" in your email.

In the email, you will need to include the following information:

* Your First Name

*What CIty/ State /Country you are from

* Your Age

​* At what Age you were diagnosed with Lupus

* What kind/where your Lupus effects

*If you have a blog/website and you wish to provide these details

this information can also be added to your Face profile

And MOST importantly a photo of your FACE !

​

Once this information is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your face will be added to our Faces of Lupus wall.

As many of you are aware, Lupus does not only affect the individuals with the illness, but their loved one's also. As a loved one, they are still affected by Lupus, and still represent as a face of Lupus.

If you are a loved one of a Lupus sufferer and wish to become a Face of Lupus, please send the following information to the email address previously provided.

*Your First Name

*What State/Country you are from

*The First Name of your Loved One

*The Age of your Loved One

*A short special message that you would like your loved one to hear

And most importantly a photo of YOUR Face!
